Every building project is unique, and while our personal focus is on creating healthy, super-efficient dwellings, we view ourselves first and foremost as the client’s advocate as they navigate the many decisions involved in any project, large or small.
As general contractor and construction manager we work together with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors throughout the design and build process, from selection of property, to designing a home, to final punchlist. Throughout the project our goal is to ensure that the process is efficient and transparent, and that results meet expectations.
We pride ourselves on the relationships we have formed with our clients, and the buildings we have created together. Twenty years into the craft of building, and we are still constantly learning to do things better!
